Mary Ann Runciman

Currently living in Port Douglas, I divide my time and work between Port, Adelaide and Paris. Born in Tanzania, lived also in Swaziland and South Africa. Studied at Durban and Pietermaritzburg Universities, South Australian School of Art and in Paris, Ecole des Beaux Arts (anatomy) and Ecole des Arts Decoratifs (Life drawing). Made 3 copies in the Louvre from Giorgione and Titian.

My main work practices are figure drawing (charcoal) and painting (oil) also portraits, landscapes and boats.
