Leandro Furlanetto is an Argentine-born photographer based in Port Douglas, Australia. His work is deeply influenced by the landscapes of Tropical North Queensland, where he explores light, form and texture through a refined and often abstract visual language.
For over 13 years, he has travelled extensively, living across eight countries and exploring many others, always drawn back to Australia as a place he considers his second home.
Focusing on the subtle details of the natural environment, his images reveal unique perspectives that are often overlooked, creating minimal and contemplative compositions that invite a deeper connection with place.
Alongside his fine art practice, he has contributed to visual campaigns within the local tourism industry and works with a range of local businesses and events as a photographer and videographer.
